Sunday, September 14, 2008 @ 9:35 pm ♥ started to do servicing 2dae.. damn stress.. super duper stress i tell u.. especiallie 2dae iz sundae when the crowd iz so mch more than yesterdae.. although i gort not mch confidence to do service but as i do more of it it wasnt as bad as i thot.. juz tat nit to be double careful when it comes to payment charges & warranty.. basically servicing means that i haf to create & open up a new job for the customer.. to either to book in their phone for repair or to service.. some of the customer that i encountered 2dae are quite nice.. knowing that im still new & willing to be patient wif me.. but i waz called in to the back room lyk thousand tyms due to me din declare the remarks properly.. but tatz juz a small case onli lah.. the admin are quite patient wif me although i make alot of minor mistakes & luckily the seniors are there to help me oso.. tym flies & i haf been working for 2 weeks.. will be going over to my agency 2mr to hand in my timesheet.. & hopefullie i can get my pay by tis fridae.. my hard earned terribly earned $$.. get from so mch complaints & scoldings.. yay off dae 2mr.. & after which will be quite terrible for me as i haf to work for 9 straight daes b4 i get to off again.. bad schedule arrangement of mine.. i dun need such sarcasm.. i noe my own attitude.. |
