"dar-ling" & "boy-friend" din bully me 2dae which is a good good thing.. but work waz quite bad for me for the dae.. especiallie wif the customers who came here for wateva the issue.. i tink their mind 2dae abit gone haywired.. i valued customers for their feedbacks regarding of my service.. & i gort one who told me tat im unprofessional in doing wat im doing.. saying tat im typing rubbish on the job card & acknowledgement form.. when it shouldnt be this way when the phone doesnt even have so mch.. luckily kevin came over & help me settle it.. & i gort another customer who waz rather nice & patient.. telling me tat i shld be firm & confident of wat im toking & explaining.. & not to be so anti to the customers.. for this i truly thank her for tat & i will try to improve.. & i had to escalate 2 customers to my junior manager due to some issue which i cannot handle.. the 1st case iz tat this particular cust is not satisfied with the reservation parts & phone problem.. & he kip on demanding this & tat until i had no choice but to pass this to my junior manager.. the 2nd case iz tat this particular cust phone had been sending in for repair for lyk so many times.. & kip arguing about the warranty thingy which iz bout to end soon.. asking if i can extend the warranty period.. of course i haf no rights for this so haf to let my manager take over.. worst case comes when i gort 2 bloody hell scoldings frm one of tat admin & tat back-room supt.. juz bcoz i din indicate properly the job notes & i kip on going in back-room to ask for minor help for lyk so many tyms till i tink they are sick of seeing me.. when all these i can juz asked the senior cs staffs.. im juz sucks & lousy at doing servicing lah.. sucks.. lousy.. service = hell.. & i tink all the customers who came to service their phone 2dae reallie are mad.. so mch disatisfaction so mch screaming at the senior staff.. 2dae alot seriousllie.. & one of them sort of abit wire loose in her head.. telling her this & tat & she dun wan to listen kip on fighting for her rights.. stayed on until we closed for operation & some of the temp staffs came over trying to tok some sense into her psycho her lyk more than 30mins.. until i tink she gort pissed off & left.. crazy lyk tat means lyk tat argue so mch oso wont help.. im reallie sick & tired of working.. i feeling so weak & no energy now tat i can sense tat im gonna fall sick sooner or lata.. trust me.. i realise mst of the staffs there are from engineering.. so wat has IT gort to do wif phone anywae??.. when IT = computers & programming; java, c#.. when engine = chips, components, electronics.. no link.. |
