Friday, September 19, 2008 @ 11:49 pm ♥ i omst gort into a reallie deep shit trouble.. i omst had to pay up juz bcoz i mislooked some impt issue.. fyi the warranty for phone battery is onli 6 mths.. as long as the batt is within 6 mths i can eXchange a new one to the cust.. & i truly noe about this info.. to tink tat i mislooked the starting date of the batt & i actuallie do the eXchange for the cust.. when the batt warranty actuallie ends 2 yrs ago.. & so i waz called in to the back-room & of course kena scolded by tat bloody admin.. lyk fuck.. i tink im quite famous ord.. now tat the whole back-room noes me as the problematic one.. bcoz i made alot of stupid mistakes & evritym kena scoldings.. other than that.. work goes fine.. as usual we are short of staffs as some are either on mc or off.. but surprisingly there's not many customers 2dae.. so we ended work quite early.. a quiet & peaceful day.. the customers whom i haf served 2dae were rather nice & understanding eXcept for one or two brainless ones.. crap.. i tink at tyms which & wat kinda customers we going to serve reallie depends on luck.. some cust may be nice & will still joke along wif u while some may be demanding.. some may haf onli a minor problem wif their phone some may haf so many problems tat they keep asking this & tat.. & oso i gort to noe tat being a customer service officer haf to tahan people's bad breath or their body odour.. & oso to tahan those ppl when their language are so strong tat sometyms i dun reallie understand wat they toking.. mst probably will be taking one eXtra off dae nxt week.. 7 sistas group are finallie gonna meet up soon after so long.. i dun mind skipping work juz for the gathering.. lyk i said i will do anything juz to escape work.. xD |
