Monday, September 01, 2008 @ 11:04 pm ♥ 1st day of work waz quite a terrible 1.. i tot it waz supposed to be a fun & enjoyable process.. but itz totally different frm wat i tot to be.. waz appointed to work @ the information counter for the dae.. thank goodness i have a senior staff wif me to guide me along.. so my job dere is to assist & ask the customer if their phone is to service or for collection.. so since i quite know how to do the collection process i help out wif this job; scanning code, giving queue number etc.. den the real challenge hit me.. it waz suppose to be an easy job.. i placed the collection counter tag on the desk so that the queue can be differentiate easily.. den this 1 particular customer who apparentllie din saw the tag.. started to shout, scream, and scolded me in front of so many ppl.. sae me wat no initiative & inefficiency.. shld tell the customer tat the collection queue is different frm the service queue.. fuck you lah.. the tag is dere is u cock eye din see lor.. deres nth i can do oso rite onli to apologise & the senior staff to eXplain to him.. shit you.. screwed me & i screwed your phone.. 2 quarrels happened oso.. 1 case is 2 customers fighting for queues, & the manager is dere.. another is 1 of the customer shouting @ 1 of the other staff dere for duno wat reason.. no wonder the agent ask me to be prepared for all these.. tolerate & pass the ordeal.. itz onli the 1st dae of work.. & yet now i tinking of whens the rite tym to quit the job.. seriousllie the travel journey is reallie damn too far for me.. & i spent $4++ on my bus fare to & fro.. + we haf to be on the frontline @ all tyms & be fast.. not much slacking unlike all my previous job in metro & bhg.. no doubt both are customer related job.. but a customer service assistant wif no customer-oriented face.. a customer service assisitant wif no good communication skills.. i tink im juz nt up to tasks.. perhaps i stil miss folding towels.. i stil miss cleanliness & tidiness.. i stil miss doing sales.. im sure im nt gonna work till contracts ends @ 19th oct.. else i will die x.x shld i work till the end of this month??.. or shld i work till 1-2 weeks b4 school starts??.. any suggestions/opinions wld be grateful.. (: training postponed to nxt week.. upcoming off daes: this fridae 05/09 & nxt fridae 12/09.. |
